Orders are fulfilled and shipped within two (2) business days of purchase from our warehouses in Vancouver, BC and Taipei, Taiwan.

Note we do not cover international customs fees, duties, or taxes

Orders shipped during holiday times may experience longer than average shipping times.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return an Item

1. Make sure the item you are returning is new, unopened, unwashed, in its original packaging and was ordered within 14 days. 

2. Contact us with your order number and reasons for returning.

3. We will provide an authorization for return email with an address to send the product to.

4. When we have received and inspected the returned items, we will issue you a refund.  

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
